About us

Banner Hardware is a proud South Australian family owned business. Established in 1979, we now have a network of 6 stores, 3 in metropolitan Adelaide, and 3 in the South East of the state. All stores supply hardware and building products to the trade and DIY markets.

Our stores vary in size from 1000m² up to 3500m² and are supported by a Distribution Centre, and 2 Frame and Truss Plants. We are committed to a culture of Better People, Better Service, and our 200 staff are a testament to this.

Our product range enables us to supply whole-of-house to the building industry, from reinforcing and frames and trusses,
right through to kitchen and bathroom ware.

Through a dedicated sales team, we build strong relationships with our trade customers, who range from maintenance and smaller trades, through to tier 1 and 2 builders. These relationships are strengthened through fast, efficient supply, and personal service.

Our DIY customers frequent our stores for project advice and better customer service. Many of these customers are members of our Advantage Club Loyalty program, a program which continues to grow.

In partnership with suppliers and national buying groups, we remain competitive and continue to grow in the retail hardware
and building industry.
